Have You Used Microsoft Bookings Yet?

Businesses can really benefit from O365 development and if you’re new to this kind of program you may not yet have had a go at using the Microsoft Bookings service. This is intended to make it simpler and more efficient to schedule appointments for your staff and your clients.

You’ll be able to take advantage of a web page that your customers will be able to use so they can schedule appointments with you even if you’re not available to respond to emails or phone calls. Running a successful business is a 24-hour, seven days a week endeavour and you won’t always be on hand to respond to client queries immediately, which can lead to a breakdown in communication and even the loss of a client in a worst case scenario. But with this web page, customers can select what service they want, pick a day and time when someone is going to be available, enter their contact info and then book their appointment.

After the appointment has been booked, an automatic email confirmation will be sent and another reminder email will also be sent out depending on how much notice you want to give before said appointment. It’s also really easy for your customers to change their bookings, cancel or reschedule.

From your perspective, you can view all your appointments in a booking calendar so you can see at a glance what you’ve got coming up. A customer list is also created so you can easily get in touch with any of your clients. Contacts are automatically created in Bookings every time someone makes an appointment using the scheduling web page.
